To all of you who have supported Versa and myself as a chef over the last five years, I have made the necessary decision to pause Versa as a physical restaurant and temporarily travel, collaborate, learn, share the Manx spirit and explore the concept further afield as to better it when it does, return to its incredible home and community on the rock.

This decision was the fruit of many circumstances; primarily unresolvable issues with my landlord and the subsequent business interruption and stress , our strict ethos of only local ingredients was becoming harder to stand by due to other local business closures within our industry and undeniably? some very big changes in my personal life that made it hard to give versa my all, and I'd like to find that balance before coming back better and able.

Versa was always a moveable concept and its ethos was its home, until the Isle of Man became Versa.

I am working on settling the last bits and relevent loose ends as best as I can and working through vast amounts of emails/communications now that I have the headspace.

Thank you for your incredible support whether you dined with us, foraged with us, supplied incredible produce to us that we are STILL shouting about or provided us with a platform to talk about sustainability and food.

This isn't the end 💚🌱♻️

I suspect there are still a few vouchers knocking about too which you can either use for a foraging tour or private chef scenario in the meantime/refund but email us to discuss.
